Couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. I read some of the reviews but my experience was the opposite. Easy to deal with, checked in on us after driving from Buffalo. Would go back. You never know how a car is going to be. Whether you buy them from a big dealer or a small family owned business.

Bought my first vehicle there 4.5 years ago. I got a good price. Owned the vehicle for 2 years only buying tires and brake pads. Sold it because it was too small for family at the time. Went right back To Pool Auto to by a van. 2.5 years later only two front tires and brake pads and still running like new. Great price on that van and so far 2 vehicles I honestly can not find any reason not to give a good rating to this place. I can't be the only exception.

Bob and his wife Debbie took great care of me from start to finish. I bought a Hyundai Azera limited from them and I absolutely love my car. It was a pleasure working with them and I would definitely recommend going to visit them over at Pool Auto Sales.

Unacceptable behavior. So my brother went in to purchase a decent Toyota. Cash buyer, but the price was a little steep. He tried to haggle a little based on my advice, and the owner said that whoever told him to "haggle could kill himself." Then he told my brother that if he didn't buy the car he would shred his driver's license(he handed to the dealer for the test). After firmly asking for it to be returned( we honestly thought we would have to call the police), the owner tried to knock down the price. Needless to say we were no longer interested. Avoid this place at all costs.

Do not even consider buying a car from these clowns. The customer service is horrendous and the salesman I dealt with was aggressive and impatient - not to mention completely uninformed on what’s in his inventory. I simply asked to check out and test drive a vehicle and was told if I wasn’t going to buy today, I wouldn’t be allowed to look it over. From what I could see, the car didn’t even have the proper sized tires on it! These people are infuriating to deal with and I suggest going anywhere else to not waste your time. You'll only find disrespectful, deceitful, and rude folks at this circus of a dealership. Steer clear!
