UPDATE 8/1/25: The dealership reached out and I appreciated that. That tells me they actually care about the customer. THANK YOU! I need to up the rating because of that. The purchase experience was excellent. It was as painless as a big purchase can be. My salesman Chris and Kyle in finance were great to work with. 5 stars for that. I did give a 3 star overall for the condition in which it was delivered. This is a brand new 2025 machine. I feel for what dealers charge for dealer prep it could have been better. I spent a couple hours getting it all detailed and its ok now. Yes, I know it's an ATV but it still would have been nice for it to have been detailed when I picked it up. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! They just need to work on their dealer prep is all.

I'll never go here again after the way I was treated by the sales department. I had put a deposit down on a machine that I was told was a refundable deposit to hold the machine for purchase. Unfortunately I had to back out of the sale because unexpected car repair costs. When I apologized and requested a refund of the deposit I was told that they technically don't have to refund it and that they could make me take them to court. I understand that this is a business but sometimes life happens. I've never been so talked down and condescended by a company. I'll be going to Macedon from now on; it's worth the drive.

Don’t ever go here to get your machine serviced. They lie straight to your face tell you they did work on your machine but never did. You end up with the wrong screws put in your machine. Terrible experience will definitely be looking for another place to service my machine. They swore up and down they greased the fittings. However when picking it up nothing was greased. On top of it the rear grease fitting would not take grease when I greased them myself when I got home. On top of it never check the fluids on my machine after a full service and the coolant is not even close to the minimum line. On top of it when they replaced my plastic they unhooked my headlight and never hooked it back up before my pickup. Save your money don’t get your stuff worked on here. If you bring your stuff here you might as well just work on it yourself it will save you the headache and won’t take them a month to do the work.

I contacted Nate through Facebook to inquire about an ATV listed on marketplace. Nate treated us with the utmost respect and kept us informed every step of the way. What started out as one ATV, turned into two and both at a fair price. The purchase experience was very smooth and quick! This was by far the best purchase experience I’ve ever encountered! Thank you Nate and the team at Maddie’s! We could have purchased 10 miles from home but Nate treated us great from the start. I can’t say the same for the other place near home!
