Bobby picked me up after a tire exploded on the Taconic on short notice on a Sunday morning. even though I told him I was going north when I was going south, making it hard or impossible for him to find me, He was very kind and understanding when he arrived. He also helped me look at some of the other problems, I was having with my tires and gave me a diagnosis and offered to help me fix them, which was more than I could’ve asked for in the situation when I was stressed out and needed some help. The service was fantastic. If you’re anywhere near these guys shop, I would strongly recommend giving them a call, they’re kind, courteous and honest, and they made my life in a hectic moment a lot easier. Prompt response. I needed a tow because of a blown tire. Bob was really kind and efficient. That same tire developed a bubble tire next day. I called to request that he put the spare tire on, which he did - on a Sunday. Great customer service.
