I am so glad I asked around, and was told about Al’s Glass Service! Fantastic work! You can tell James is VERY dedicated to his craft! I called yesterday for a windshield replacement and he was able to get me in this morning and finished by 2pm. Very professional, kind, accommodating, responsive and reliable. He was recommended to me by Capello’s and I trust them so I knew I was in good hands. I’m also so glad that I was able to continue supporting my community and working with a local shop. It was very reasonably priced, and I knew a very knowledgeable person would be working on my car. He was also able to save my registration, inspection sticker as well as my ez pass stickers! I had a problem with the automatic rear window in my older SUV. I went to A1, with my grandchildren in tow and the owner assessed the situation and advised I needed a new mechanism but secured the window closed until its delivery. The part arrived, they called me and the window has been properly secured and opens and closes with any problem. The kindness, and respectful consideration in correcting this situation was extraordinary! If I ever have additional glass related needs I will definitely call them. They are honest, respectful and more than competent in their skill!

James, at Al's glass has been a great help with all our glass needs. From cabinet glass to shower door and car glass, he's been an awsome source and reliable installer. Highly recommend James and Al's glass for an honest, hard working, and reliable source for all your glass needs.

Would not recommend this shop to first time customers. Called a couple times to ask more info about a windshield chip repair. Left phone number to the lady on the phone explaining to me they will call back. Haven't heard from them for days. Very unprofessional behavior for a local shop in my area, they lost business with me. Shop at another reputable shop with integrity. These people don't care.

Couldn't be happier. Safelite put me on hold for a month. Al's Glass had the glass delivery within 1 day and installed in 40 min. Amazing! A breath of fresh air! Highly, highly recommend.
