2 time using the shop to fix a muffler issue. Needed a new pipe due to rust/ hole/ noise. The manager was honest the first time and i returned. Once again he was honest on issue, detailed/ transparent on cost and fixed problem within a few hours. I've been driving the car for 3 weeks and people have commented on the lack of noise.Which makes me happy on the positive comments. I immediately mention the shop.

I reside in Ossining, New York and I was looking for a local mechanic shop to replace my rear shocks. My first call was to Meineke on Highland Ave. I told Cliff I needed a quote to replace my rear shocks and I received a call back quickly. Cliff advised me to call back the day before I was ready to bring in my vehicle. A few weeks went by and I called and spoke to Louie and told him Cliff had given me a quote for the repair. I was able to schedule the repair for the next day. When I arrived for my appointment, my car was taken into the shop to start the repair immediately and was completed within the hour. Their pricing and service is excellent. I highly recommend Meineke. Thank you Cliff and Louie for making it such a smooth process. I will definitely be back for you to service my vehicle. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. I brought a fleet vehicle in for an inspection after being directed to this shop. Before I could fully explain the situation, I was immediately told they didn’t want to work on the van. I tried explaining that I had been sent there specifically for an evaluation, but I was repeatedly cut off and not given the opportunity to speak. As a fleet manager, I understand that a shop has every right to decline a job. My issue wasn’t that they refused the work, it was the way I was treated. The interaction felt dismissive, unprofessional and unnecessarily rude from the start. If they couldn’t assist, a simple explanation or referral elsewhere would have been appreciated. Instead, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. Customer service matters and unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an auto repair shop.

I brought my son’s car into my Meineke Care Center in Ossining for brake issues, stopping by after work around 3:30–4:00 PM. Cliff and his team did a great job—quickly diagnosing the problem, keeping me updated, and explaining everything clearly. Even with it being an older car that needed parts ordered, they had everything in by the next morning and completed the work right away—front brakes and rotors, plus rear drums and brakes. Excellent service and turnaround time. I’d definitely recommend them.

Trustworthy. Neighborhood mechanic -- Meineke Co-Owner Cliff is honest, reliable, fast and friendly. I always head there for my regular oil change. After several years of basic oil changes and inspection I finally needed major repair -- service was prompt and repair was excellent. Highly recommended.
