Horrible experience. They kept my truck hostage 5 months, used my camper on it and broke the bathroom door frame, got greasy hand prints in the ceiling, and all to swap out for a new transmission which had to be rebuilt 5 years later. My mother died in a nursing home because I didn't have my vehicle for 5 months to get her out, and back down to Florida.

Do not trust these guys, they kept my truck five months hostage and charged me 6200 for a new transmission for my dodge truck, on top of that they used the RV camper on my truck which was brand new and put almost 300 hours on the generator. They lied to me for five months while they used it to go camping, broke the bathroom door frame and got greasy handprints everywhere inside the RV. All this while I couldn't get my elderly mother out of my waiting for my truck and she died in a frigging nursing home because I couldn't get her out of the cornholio 19 scamdemic. Shame on them. On top of using my RV, holding it hostage for five months, the owner repeatedly hit on me and then charged me one third over the going rate. Evil

We don’t often know what is wrong with our cars. We also aren’t cable of fixing what goes wrong. I am grateful that in Matra Motors, I have found a place where I can always take my car and I am assured of an honest estimate and quality work.

This place is phenomenal. The owner is honest and knows what he is doing. Speedy, reliable and reasonably priced.
