For an outdoors store and being one of the only few in the area this place has become a joke. Wish we could give negative reviews. What kind of out doors store picks and chooses what brands they work on and what they will and will not repair. They have become so picky on what they will fix. Go to a mom and pops shop and say screw this place. What a joke for an outdoors store

It is a really good high quality shop

I just started fishing on April 1st this year. Everyone at Whitetail has been really nice and helpful. Theyve helped me buy bait and supplies. Always super great! I bass fished for the first time today and caught it on a crank bait they helped me pick out yesterday!

Wow... Never been more ignored in a store in my life. Glad you don't need to sell anything or make any money. Move back to southern tier and looking for new archery/gun shop. Guess I have to continue going to Rochester area. Literally lost easy sale and customer for life...

Though this store isn't as BiG as one of those nation wide sporting goods store, they have quite the variety and most often have what I'm looking for- fishing or hunting. James is quite knowledgeable of thermal scopes and really helped us get it set up and understand the scopes functions. He encouraged us 2call any time with questions- and we found it very helpful 2call twice after purchase. He Was very patient and simplified instructions to navigate the features we wanted.
