The people at Bouch's are friendly. They schedule in quickly. I have been in twice to have my car looked over before inspection and they told me things needed to be replaced that other shops haven't told me which makes me feel other shops skip out. My rear brake lines were pinched shut and looked like they have been for a while. Other shops never told me that. Bouch's doesn't skip out and look over things thoroughly. Do not trust this garage.This garage overcharged me for parts. They charged me over $600 for less than $400 worth of parts. I price checked the parts from NAPA where they bought them. (And I’m sure they received a discount) when I confronted them about why I’m being charged more for parts, I was lied to and told it’s due to the warranty and that I should be happy because other garages mark parts up 100%. I hope they enjoy my hard earned $200 at the cost of losing a potential repeat customer. I’ve never been more disappointed in a garage. Very dishonest and untrustworthy garage. Please don’t get ripped off by them like I did.
