On point! They replaced a door on my Subaru and matched the paint perfectly. Even more amazing, they pretty much detailed the interior- which i was not expecting and lordy did they have their work cut out (kids under 10!). Work was amazing, they even finished ahead of schedule and kept me in the loop via texts on updates. 100% recommend and will return if my zeroturn drives itself into my car again. 🩷

took over a week to get told they had no idea what is wrong with my car after they tried to tell me that I needed a bumper cover. My car was brought in for electrical issues inside the car.

I recently had my vehicle repaired here and could not be more satisfied. I swear the car looked like new. The repair work was top-notch and I haven't experienced any issues since picking my vehicle up. Drop-off, payment and pick-up were also a cinch; I was in-and-out in 10-15 minutes maximum for both. They also had a relationship with my insurance company, which really simplified the claim process in terms of ultimate payment. In terms of other quality factors, they use text updates and a simple web portal so I could easily monitor the repair progress, from initial estimate to parts ordered to completion. The car was finished days ahead of its estimated completion, which was so helpful, and even though I got text updates about it, they called to formally notify me. They also gave the car a good wash and cleaned my totally winter-level dirty front-seat floor mats, which was a wonderful surprise. Overall, I would gladly take my vehicle back to Gerber for additional repairs and would highly recommend their services.

I took my car in for repair to front end in February/March of this year. They used an aftermarket bracket and now, less then three months later the bumper has become undone. I ve contacted them and showed them this issue and problem. I talked to Holly and Brit at the Olean NY location and it has been three weeks and am getting the run around.
