Had a side window in a van shatter and took the vehicle to these fine people and the put a film over the opening until we can get it replaced. Asked what we owed and he said no charge. We offered and he rufused. Awesome people to help people in a tight situation. Great people and will use them again.

Ordered a large picture window from western New York Glass and Door. I had to fly up from Miami the day they were installing it. On time and very professional. This was a big window that was cracked and they meticulously removed it cleaned everything up and installed the new window and they did an absolute perfect job. I would highly recommend this company. The owner personally delt with me, very professional and great deal on the window. Much better than the competition in town by a long shot.

So disappointed they have communication problems between them selves. Does not appear they know what’s going on. No one ever calls to let you know what is going on with order l ordered and put down deposit in May 2025. I ordered two doors have one and it’s not what we ordered wrong color !!!! Other door i don’t really expect to ever recieve, especially in the right color!!!!

WOW,staff couldn't be nicer! Amazing craftsmanship and experienc all around. My friend's driver's side mirror randomly fell off then a few days later they had a rock fly off a semi and crack their windshield. We heard about wny glass and called at 8am today when they opened, they said to bring it in in 30 minutes. We brought it in expecting it to take an hour or 2. We sat in the comfy clean show room/lobby and had complimentary delicious coffee. They literally custom cut and glued a new mirror on for him in 20 minutes flat for under $40. Our minds are blown! I read a thing that they do windshields too so I asked. They'll be able to get it in and changed in a few days MUCH cheaper than safelite and will help you do the ins claim if you have glass coverage too. Amazing above and beyond customer service. Throughout the showroom they have beautiful shower doors, windows, and mirrors they make on display as well. They're the place for us from now on. We highly recommend them!
