Receptionist gave me an attitude for no reason. ✅ Alignment went from wheel slightly left when driving straight to slightly right when driving straight. ✅ Didn't use the OEM oil filter and drain plug gasket I left in the passenger seat and mentioned to the receptionist (She gave me an attitude because I had to spend 15 minutes going home and getting the oil filter/drain plug gasket before handing her the keys, while she sat in front of her desk watching YouTube videos on her phone). ✅ New noise acquired after the vehicle was returned to me. ✅ Ever getting my business again. ❌ Would have rather got under the car in a foot of snow than pay $200 for the convenience of someone with a lift half-assing it for me. I don't even blame the employees, either. I'd do a better job, but probably not for the unsustainable wages you pay while I have to buy my own tools. I already have my own tools. But I didn't buy those to make poverty wages.

I was referred to Valley Tire Company to have my air conditioning checked. When I called for an appointment, Jillana greeted me with kindness. I relayed my concerns and she put me at ease with her professionalism and courtesy. She explained what they would be doing, and the process they use when giving estimates. I dropped off my car this morning to a very friendly work staff. It wasn’t long before they had my car up and running! The fast, professional, and friendly service makes me want to come back for my future needs. I love the fact that they work with other businesses in our small town to create a network of professionals. I highly recommend them for their services and won’t hesitate to make future appointments. Thanks for a great start to the weekend!

Had to go in for alignment, picked it up an they never aligned it. Had to drop it back off. Their very first paper showed how it was but never what they changed it to. Never was provided a paper showing any thing after picking it up the 2nd time but was told they adjusted the solid axel in the rear end. There are no adjustment in a solid rear end.

Had a 1pm appointment for front wheel alignment. Showed up on time. Was told to have a seat and they would get it right in. After about a half hour I seen the manager outside smoking a cigarette and he said he would get me right in. 1 hour later we left. WHY BOTHER MAKING APPOINTMENTS!!!! Never again! Very poor customer service. Where's the professionalism? Shout out to Jasper's in Cuba NY for getting me in ASAP.

I had a great experience dealing with Valley Tire. They were able to get me right in to work on my vehicle. They are friendly and they did a great job. I recommend them for your automotive needs.
