Tried to get my trailer inspected. Walked into an empty shop, staff was just standing around talking and rudely informed me that I needed an appointment. Yeah, because you’re so busy right now. I won’t be returning for anything.

My husband used for years but apparently I am lower than low Took my sticker off and said truck wasn't ready to inspect, needed to drive more I did and called back like I was told. She was going to give me an appointment in 4 weeks. Remember I now have no sticker on window. This woman is horrible. She will leave answering machine on and not return calls. His wife. I am a widow just lost husband to COVID. But I must have offended the ______. Good luck if you need a good mechanic.

I went in thinking I needed an all new muffler system. Found out I only needed a small portion replaced. I appreciated that they only did what was necessary!

For several years and several different vehicles we have used Sage's Automotive on 16. Never once have I been treated like I'm less simply because I'm a woman. Mark and his staff has always been professional, warm, and informative when it comes to my vehicles. Straight forward with his quotes, his service, and always courteous.

I absolutely love this service and the lady at the desk I wish I could remember her name is so polite. I literally don't want anyone else in the olean area working on my car. I love the customer service feels like they have known me my whole life. Very comfortable with the pricing as well . Lowest labor in Olean with the best service.. can't be beat hands down!!!
