Didn’t know they didn’t do glass work, had it towed there for nothing. Left the car uncovered in a snow storm for three days. Had to basically beg for it to be in the garage. Uhm heard they’re great. Was recommended, wouldn’t take a car there again. Just what’s the point in fixing a car after it gets water damage from a repair shop. Crazy. Wasn’t happy.

After having a terrible experience with another (not local) dealership to get a fender bender fixed on my CX-5 I went over to Rick Bokman to see if they could help me. The staff was friendly and very helpful! Aside from the parts that were back ordered taking a while, which is obviously not something that they could help, they were quick about getting my car fixed and keeping my informed on the time frame of the parts. I wouldn’t go anywhere else after this experience. My vehicle looks brand new and like the accident never happened. I cannot recommend them enough for any auto body needs.

Our car was heavily damaged on the front, entire side, and suspension. Repair was done very quickly and the car looked absolutely perfect. Not even a single nut or bolt out of place anywhere, and the paint looked like new. It also drove like new when we got it back from being repaired. Hassle free service, excellent loaner vehicle, top quality workmanship, all around great job!

My daughter had several dings in her car. Another local company quoted twice as much as Bockman’s for just one ding. Bockman’s fixed two dings, some scuffing and scratches for the same price as the other company quoted. They also got us in quicker because my daughter was going away for college. When we picked it up, it was perfect. The entire car had been polished and the interior was also cleaned! She couldn’t be happier!
