Beware of this dealership. I made a 1 hour drive 2 total counting my drive way and my wife the did the same, leaving work early to meet me over there. Truck was nice don’t get me wrong, salesman had no spine and the sales manager refused to move on the price. Salesman asked if we were close on the numbers after he had just told me they won’t move. So what exactly does that mean? We asked for more on trade numbers and truck price. Came back with a hard no. Wouldn’t even move on one or the other. Said my truck had rust, which it did, I get it. But it’s funny, the rocker panels on the white ram 1500 warlock sitting on the lot right now has rust too, through the paint. It’ll need repaired after this coming winter. I bought a nicer truck (at Dave Warren in Jamestown NY, ram 1500 warlock) with less miles for less money and has a bigger infotainment screen and the dash screen is bigger and displays mph digitally. Glad the deal fell through at Paul Brown. I won’t ever go back there and I’ve already told other people to beware.

Eric Nelson was an absolutely outstanding guy. He helped us all the way through the process of getting a first financed car. He was super personable and honest with every question and detail about the car. Will be back and without a question be requesting to work with him.

These updates are following the purchase and delivery (to Kansas)of a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Willys. Fog light issue communicated to PBM on day of delivery. UPDATE: 2/25/2026 As you can see from the photos, the power source wire for the fog lights was intentionally cut. The Jeep I purchased from Paul Brown Motors (Olean, NY) arrived with non-functioning fog lights. After having the Jeep serviced at a local dealer, the mechanic informed me that the power source cord had been cut, which was why the fog lights weren’t working. I contacted Paul Brown Motors, sent them pictures of the cut wire, and requested that they help to resolve the issue (due to the fog lights being a safety feature, and well, when you spend almost $40,000, one should expect that the lights work). Paul Brown Motors said they would mail a light wiring harness (which accounts for $123 of the quoted fix of $600), but that having the part installed was up to my discretion, meaning that if I wanted functioning fog lights, I’d have to pay $476 for labor. Within my conversation with a sales rep, they claimed that they have a thorough, multi-point inspection (which I don’t doubt), and that they can’t be held liable for what may happen during shipping, as I had the Jeep shipped from Olean, NY to Lawrence, KS. So, the insinuation is that the fog lights worked before they shipped the Jeep, and that the wire must have been cut at some point during transit (while the Jeep was being shipped by a driver hired by Paul Brown Motors). I repeatedly asked for the contact information for the shop’s GM and or Owner. While I was not given contact information, the sales rep said that the GM would be reaching out to me. I have yet to hear from the GM or Owner regarding this issue, and it’s been nearly one week. I have screenshots of the entire conversation, including the pictures I sent when reporting the power source issue. My hope is that this post garners the attention of either the GM or the Owner so that this can get resolved. Other than this current problem, my interactions with Paul Brown Motors have been satisfactory; the sales reps have been helpful and informative. However, I find their refusal to ensure that my new Jeep has functioning lights to be unprofessional and irresponsible, especially as the owner talks about how Paul Brown Motors wishes to espouse a relationship with buyers that is based upon respect and honesty. Informed that GM would reach out to me: 2/19/2026 Email sent: 2/23/2026 Voicemail left: 2/24/2026 No response to date. UPDATE 2: After almost a week of not hearing from the GM, I decided to post the first update you see above, hoping that it would provoke a response, and it did. The GM claimed that there was no way that the Jeep could have left their shop with a cut fog light wire, but then couldn’t explain how it may have happened—agreeing that it was “illogical” that someone would cut the wire during transit from New York to Kansas. Of the $600 bill to replace the wiring issue, the GM sent a replacement harness ($123) and a check for $100 to put toward labor costs. While I appreciate the $100, that still leaves $376 that I guess I’m supposed to pay for a defect I didn’t cause. So, if the shop isn’t at fault and they’re continuing to use the same delivery driver (which you probably wouldn’t if cars get damaged during transit), yet the wire was cut on delivery, why is the fix my responsibility? When I pushed, telling the GM that it wasn’t right that I’d still have to pay $376 to fix a problem that I inherited, he said that the quote for labor from my local shop was too high and that, if I lived down the road, he’d fix it (feels like I’m getting penalized because I paid extra for shipping). The GM insinuated that I should be grateful for the wiring harness and $100 because he “could do nothing.” So, again, it’s my problem and I should just be quiet and grateful. I love my Jeep, but I would not expect leadership at Paul Brown Motors to honor or respect you as the consumer; I recommend you shop elsewhere.

I bought a Chevy trailblazer today. My salesperson was Brandy she's very helpful, answered all my questions. Super friendly and very knowledgeable at her job. She made feel very comfortable through the whole process. Took good care of me, made me feel like a valued customer. BRANDY GETS A 5 STAR RATING FROM ME. Mary who does the financial support and paperwork also is a very wonderful, friendly lady. They both went above and beyond to get me in my new vehicle. Paul Brown Motors is a wonderful place to do business with and I will highly recommend them ...

I spoke with the GM at Paul Brown Motors today and I found out my "Lemon Branded" vehicle came from Shults in Olean, NY and NOT PAUL BROWN MOTORS, as I had mentioned in a previous review.! A few years ago I had purchased an Kia Sorento from Paul Brown Motors and it was a great experience! They were extremely helpful and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership...they work with their customers to get to an agreeable transaction and they stand behind their vehicles!
