Very pleased with everything. From the initial visit to dropping my car off getting my rental, being able to get my sunglasses i forgot in my car. Being informed about the estimate what need to be done what is being done, even fixing the recall on my car i didn't know about. The insurance claim and billing was such an easy process, they are so helpful. It seems like a new car.

Mallory’s had excellent service and I trust that they fixed my vehicle the right way, but unfortunately, there were issues with their hourly rates being higher than what our insurance carrier was willing to cover, resulting in us paying $500 more than our deductible.

Great job with the repairs. It was a very easy process and I was updated/informed the whole time. Very nice clean atmosphere and respectful staff. Sometimes at body shops the guys talk shop with the customers in hearing range. This was not the case here, very nice business to work with. Thanks for such a great repair!!
