Jiffy Lube Oil Change

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Highly Recommended!!!!! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Jiffy Lube in Olean, NY. From start to finish, the service was over-the-top great. The manager, Rayan, and the mechanic, Cris, treated me like absolute family. They are hands-down some of the fastest, friendliest, and most professional people I’ve run across in a very long time. It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-tier efficiency with genuine hospitality, but these guys nailed it. If you need your vehicle serviced right and want to be treated well, do yourself a favor and go see Rayan and Cris. I would highly recommend this location to anyone! We requested a specific oil filter due to previous issues. They did their best to find exactly what we wanted but were unsuccessful. We proceeded with the filter they had in stock and were very understanding and respectful. We are hoping to return to our home state without the issues from a previous situation. These guys are great!!

I was just there to set up an appointment, never thinking they would be able to fit me in today! It really was 15 minutes. I just sat in the car. 2 guys worked on the oil change. A guy up top and a guy down in the pit. And they were both the nicest guys. I created a contact for them in my phone so that I can call next time easily and created an account on-line.

Had an oil change. Jeremiah was very kind. It was a little pricey, but everything is going up. Very convenient. They got me right in and checked with me before doing anything extra to see if I was ok with it first. I really appreciated that. Will definitely go again. Thanks guys. Have a wonderful day : )

I have been to Jiffy lube several times over the years. Always very professional, courteous service. I’m a woman so I don’t know much about cars and they have taken the time to answer my questions and concerns. I never have felt rushed. Fast, convenient service! A+ guys! Will definitely always use jiffy lube for servicing my vehicle.
