I want to send a huge thank you to Dylan and his partner for being absolute lifesavers today! Honestly, my weekend went from zero to 100 in the worst way possible. What started with a passed inspection quickly spiraled into a flat tire, leaving me stranded a good two and a half hours from home and needing a tow truck to get my car back. It was a nightmare! When I reached out to him this morning, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed, but his speedy response and willingness to help immediately put me at ease. His communication was just fantastic keeping me in the loop and diligently figuring out how he could assist, even offering some possibilities of what might be going on with my car. When they arrived they both were incredibly pleasant and polite, which was a huge relief. I really appreciated how thoroughly they checked everything out, even taking my car for a test drive. The explanation of what needed to be done was super clear and easy to understand, which I really value. Seriously, the whole experience was just top-notch fast, reliable, and genuinely excellent service when I needed it most. You guys truly saved the day! Im out here in Bolivar ny for the summer , my cruise control stopped working and was getting a service traction system warning. Called Holmes mobile mechanics, he was there in 30 minutes, figured out that the problem was with my brake pedal sensor, recalibrated it and solved the problem. Great service, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

Great service. I found out Sunday one rotor was getting hot. So I call Holmes Mobile Mechanic to see how this worked. I am an OTR truck driver and am gone all week. They came and repaired the caliper in about 24 hours from when I called. Thank you for the quick service.
