I will definitely be doing business with this company for a long time. I had some issues with a set of ring tread tires. They checked them out. Without any hassle, what so ever. They stood tall and took great care of me. It's been a long time since I had a company treat me with that much respect. Thank you . I look forward to working with you more.

Service was okay, though I had to walk to the office to have them page the guy who was supposed to be in the shop. My biggest disappointment was the high price. They charged me $40 for mounting, plus a new valve (nothing wrong with the old one), didn't balance it, and, after doing some research later, discovered I could have bought the same tire for $111 less through SimpleTire. ($140 vs. $251). By the time they got done, I paid over $350 for a single tire. When I had called for a quote, they had told me $239, but didn't bother to mention all the extras at that time. That's a bit more of a markup than I think is acceptable, so I won't be recommending them, or using them again.

I have several years of experience with this company from a commercial tire point of view. First, they are a billing machine. If you don't get a written quote before work is completed, you will wish you did because there will be all sorts of very high fees on your invoice. Sales people are good and helpful. Service guys are good. The office person I recently spoke was rather low on the knowledge side of what they were doing.

Very disappointed with this business. Yes it was Saturday morning. But Google showed they opened at 8am. I only needed someone with a large enough jack to lift my bus and take 1 wheel off of my tag axle and put the spare wheel and tire on. The lady I spoke with was rude and unprofessional to say the least. She told me it will cost $500 to get a mechanic to come to the shop! What? I've tried several places in the area but have yet to find someone who is willing to try to help me.

Came in with a bolt in my car tire. They took me in, plugged and patched for $50, and I was on my way within 30 minutes. The front desk and mechanic were pleasant and made me feel secure. I recommend them
