We called Morgan’s with some questions about our vehicle. Pleasantly surprised that our questions were answered and in a way that we could understand and also not feel rushed through the questions. We scheduled an appointment to go to the shop in Odessa, NY with no problem and service was completed in a timely manner and for a great price. We brought another vehicle to Morgan’s also and had great service with that one as well. Morgan’s Automotive is looking like it will be our family’s new shop….. Brought our car here after another shop told us it needed a new engine. Morgan's was able to repair it and no new engine needed. They were very thorough and detailed explaining what needed to be done and kept us updated through the repair process. Would highly recommend!
