Told my father in law the frame of his truck was rusted out without looking and refused to do the tire mounting. I took the truck to another shop and paid a cheaper rate and found the vehicle was perfectly fine and the other shop questions the competency of these mechanics.

View on GoogleLast visit was horrible. Usually the people are better with their customer service than this time. They didn't notify me of roughly how long it was going to take like they usually do. The person behind the counter was totally ignoring all the customers waiting for their vehicles. They are usually better than this.
View on GoogleI bought 4 new all season tires 12/2018 and 3 years later I cannot pass inspection because all four tires are dry rotted. I spoke with 5 different people in Customer service said they couldn’t do anything about that since it’s over a year later and they didn’t have a record of the order. I have an emailed receipt but they didn’t care. I now have to spend $500 to get 4 new tires for my car to pass inspection. The tires were bought in 2018 but the tires were manufactured in 2016 so technically the tires were not new as expected and the auto shop I’m working with stated that they most likely sold me used tires as new. Dry rot wouldn’t be caused in 3 years especially when I drove it regularly. I will take the time and money elsewhere

This multi-talented leadership is approachable and proactive, adding substantial value to this location. However, the service falters when it comes to some of the newer technicians. Assistance with batteries, tires, and rims has been inconsistent, often marked by a lack of information, dismissive attitudes, or an unwillingness to assist. On a positive note, the cashier staff adds a welcome layer of expertise and goodwill. Their service goes beyond what you might expect, elevating the entire experience. In conclusion, this Walmart TLE location offers a blend of strong managerial competence and exceptional cashier service, though there are areas that could use improvement.
