Wow! Randall’s did a wonderful job repairing my car. The back corner of the car was smashed in a parking lot hit and run, causing significant damage. After they fixed the car, it looked perfect, better than before. I felt like I had a brand new car. And they went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible for me. Rocco helped me contact the insurance company and guided me through the process. I didn’t have a rental car so they agreed to fix the car while I was on vacation and let me leave the car with them until I got back. John even drove me to the jitney stop. Thank you Randall’s!

Car was towed there after an accident. Police officers didn’t give me a choice what company would tow the car, or where it would be towed to. Accident was on a Friday, but by the time I got out of the hospital, they were closed until Monday, so I couldn’t get my car. I contacted them on Monday and was told the tow bill would be around $600 at that point. They also gave me two options - tow the car to my house while I wait for the adjuster (at an additional tow fee), or sign my car over to them to stop incurring the $40 a day storage fees (I would still have to pay the charges up to that point). The car was totaled, but I still didn’t want to sign it over before it was assessed by insurance. I was unable to arrange a tow back to my house until the following day. When I went the following day to pay them, I was told my bill was $856 - $275 for the tow, $6 per mile it was towed, $125 winch fee, $150 yard fee, $40 per day storage fee, etc. I asked if they could work with me since I am paying out of pocket and I’ve never heard of a tow bill being that much, and they said no because the accident wasn’t my fault so I should be able to be reimbursed. Fault hasn’t even been assigned yet, so this is just them going based off of what I said happened, and looking to gouge me so they can make more money, leaving me to fight for the money back from the other insurance company. The man who took my payment was not friendly at all, and incredibly rude. I gave him my credit card, and he didn’t mention an additional fee for using a card, but when I checked my statement, the charge was $880, rather than $856. In addition, when the car was towed back to my house, my glove box was open with everything taken out of it and some items left on my seat, my center console was open with items missing and rummaged through, my sunglass holder on the roof of the car was open and my sunglasses were thrown in a pile with parts of my car, and they were all scratched up. None of these things were open after the accident, and I’m not sure why they needed to rummage through every personal space on my car. I’m sure things are missing, but I haven’t had a chance to inventory my car yet. My trunk wouldn’t open or I’m sure they would’ve went through that as well to help themselves to my belongings. My car was behind a gate while they stored it, so the only logical conclusion is that they themselves rummaged through all of my belongings to see if anything was valuable. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They are absolute scam artists and will rip you off in any way they can. I would never recommend them, and if they can’t be honest and fair for a service as simple as a tow and storage, I would NEVER trust them to work on my car. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience at this business. We had an unfortunate accident out in Montauk, so we contacted Randall's. They had a tow truck there for our vehicle within an hour, and we were able to deal directly with the owner and his associate Rocco. They were courteous, professional and honest. They were able to help us with the insurance company, rental, and all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Randall's!

Randall’s Auto did a great job for me. They worked with my insurance company and made sure I didn’t pay anything above my deductible. My car looks brand new after my accident. The service was fantastic and they delivered on time as promised. Made the awful experience of an accident easy to deal with and headache free. They even made renting a car simple and I when I was done they returned it for me.
