Pro Tire always puts the customer first! When I contacted them about my mother’s car they were at her house within the hour to tow it to the shop. The battery and the diesel emission system had frozen. They left the heat higher in the shop overnight to thaw it out! After replacing the inferior battery with the factory correct component and resetting a few controls the car was back in service. I cannot thank the team enough for their support and quick response!

The last couple months I've had two issues with my vehicle after a deer hit. I decided to bring it to professional tire for the first issue being my radiator fluid was spilling onto the ground after engine overheated. I brought it in the next day and the owner was professional and polite the entire process while also being honest. Not only did him and his team fix it within a reasonable time frame they called me to let me know it was ready. When I went down to pick it up he went over the bill with me so I understood what charge was what and why etc. I have been left at shops with no communication whatsoever even after calling and calling and calling. For them to call me and then to even take the time to explain the bill I was so impressed. The shop is also very clean and organized.

We needed servicing on our converted school bus and could not find anybody who wanted to work on it. A friend recommended Professional Tire. They were amazing: went above and beyond and did a great job for reasonable price.

I brought tires and Rims into this establishment to be mounted on my vehicle Even though they were very hard to be mounted. Which I do understand. I had to return to professional tire service because my tire was losing air - Come to find out it was the new TPMS Valve that had the leak. When I got there to try to have it fixed the mechanic came out and Arrogantly said “I will not take those tires off the rims again they gave us such a hard time” so they got nasty and said too bad, We will not do anything about it! They never told me when the tires went on there were no guarantees on Their workmanship. Keep in mind I paid for a service as they said that they can provide but did not want to fix the issue they caused. This is why supporting local businesses is not a good option especially at this place And then wonder why they don’t stay in business!! I would advise not to do business with this company! It’s a Shame!!

Called to see if they could fit me in for inspection same day and they accommodated me. They offer incredibly comfortable seating for when you wait. They offer free guest Wi-Fi so you can stream a show while you wait. The people at the desk greet you with a smile. I’d highly recommend them for inspecting all your vehicles. They have over exceeded my expectations. Look no further than professional tire for your auto needs.
