Norwich Glass

There's a sign out front looking for glass technicians. TL;DR: They weren't open at 1pm, when they'd made an appointment for me to come by, and didn't answer texts or a call. I left at 1:10pm, and when I returned at 1:30pm, they told me that all the technicians were busy working, and they couldn't help me. I can't speak to the quality of the work, but clearly they are profoundly unprofessional. My insurance company sent me here for a new windshield. Norwich Glass sent me texts to tell me to show up at 1pm and that it'd take about three hours to install the windshield. I busted my ass to get there by 1pm, and arrived right on time, to be greeted by a locked door. I walked around the whole facility (they have a Cybertruck parked out back, which kinda tells you a bit more about who they are and how much they make working with glass), took the below pictures, and, after texting and trying to call the contact number I had, left at about 1:10pm to get some gas. Note that the sign says that they will return at 8. Whether that's PM or AM isn't clear. It also says that this is a drop-off only site (I walked around the whole building, and there was no other public entrance). I got gas, tried again to call them and was sent straight to voicemail, and stopped back by again to see if there was any change. At around 1:25pm, the door was still locked, and no staff was evident. I finally called the number on this Google page, and eventually got through to a sales person, who told me that I'd arrived too soon (1pm, when I was told to arrive), hadn't waited long enough (almost 10 minutes!?), and that all technicians were now occupied and that they couldn't help me until tomorrow (or was it Monday?). If that's how unprofessional these folks are, do you really want to entrust them with your car?

I dropped off my vehicle at 8 am for them to replace my regulator and passengers side window. I was told it should be done by 1 pm. Got a call at 9:30 and it was done. Great place. Professional. And fast. So glad I found these guys!!!!!!

They Fixed my friend's rear car window for nearly the same price, and 5 days sooner than the other company everyone has heard of when replacing auto glass could. Excellent repair, turn around, pricing and customer service. I love supporting local businesses anytime I can, and this was a huge no brainer!

This place is amazing. Not only do they cut all kinds of glass precisely but they do alot more! I see they sell Weathertech floor mats, commercial doors, hitch wires, I don't really know what all they do but you know they're going to do it right!

Great customer service. Even though they did not carry the decal item I was looking for, the gentlemen that served me took the time to help me continue my search with some great recommendations. I highly suggest that you utilize them for your glass needs.
