We chose to contact Sterner Collision after sliding off RT390 on black ice. We’re from out of state and after describing the damage, Brett offered to assess our vehicle where it was being held at Fleet Pride over the holidays. There was extensive damage to the front right suspension and steering and he recommended another local repair shop for the bulk of the mechanical repairs. After those repairs were complete we had the SUV transferred to Sterner for the body work. Brett and his staff were great to work and communicate with, and handled supplemental issues that were overlooked by the adjustor, directly with our insurance company. Including additional damage underneath the car that was hidden under a cracked panel, and an adaptive headlight issue. We also had them have a dent removed in one of the doors not part of the accident damage. Our SUV looks and works great, like nothing ever happened. Even though insurance covered the repairs (minus the dent removal), after reviewing the invoice, I thought that the charges were extremely reasonable. Brett’s persistence and thoroughness were greatly appreciated and we would definitely recommend Sterner Collision for your collision repair needs.

Brett came highly recommended to me from numerous people, and he was wonderful to work with after my vehicle was hit. He made the process very easy, and very smooth. I would definitely recommend Sterners and will be using them again for future collision needs.

Brett Sterner painted the Navy Blue cap on my 2008 Ram truck to match the Red color and repainted the cover above the front bumper. Excellent workmanship and paint matching. I highly recommend Sterner Collision.
