Dansville Radiator

I bought my first car from here December of last year, mind you, I dont know much about cars. I wasnt told about any issues or anything and drove it off the lot that day, 6 months later I was driving down the highway and the car started over heating so I pulled over and let it cool down, it had coolant in it but the coolant tank was full of some type of substance and the car wouldn't turn back over so I had it towed to my personal mechanic where they found that the head gasket was melted to the engine and after further inspection they said that it needed a motor replacement because the motor was what was causing the malfunction and replacing the head gasket wouldn't fix the problem so now, Ive been out of a car and down $7000. I will never spend my money there again.

I bought my Pacifica here and Jason was amazing to work with . I plan on returning to buy my daughter a car when she’s ready to start driving . I would definitely go back ! Thank you Dansville radiator for being so great to work with !

Jason and his crew were amazing! Very flexible with our schedule so we could get the vehicle that was perfect for us. We've come here for cars in the past and will keep coming to Dansville Radiator for all of our cars in the future.

I struggled for months to post this review because tue thought of me degrading a business is not something i take lightly. My daughter bought a jeep compass over the summer. Was told it was 1 of the best cars on the lot too. The car has been back and forth from mechanic to mechanic (the first few problems we brought back to Jason here at dansville radiator) he insisted he fixed the problem 3 times we trusted him. The compass is sitting at home while my daughter saves to pay for a blown head gasket, the problem he should of diagnosed from the beginning or better yet, the problem he should of had fixed before selling us the car. U see my daughters car overheated the very next day after purchasing and we called jason and he coughed it up to be a fuse or he would tell us it was something so minute that we were over thinking this problem and every other day he had a reason for it over heating. He rode us through the 30 days convincing us that we were the problem and not the car nor him. I hate to be this cruel but I would also hate for someone else to go through what I'm going through with my daughter. If u can, bring a mechanic with u to look at a car u want to buy. Seems Jason here is very slick at what he does and he reminds of Danny devito the crooked car salesmanship sells u a dream of a car but in reality gives u a piece of junk, in that kids movie Matilda. He definitely talks a good talk. He pushes cars along and works with u just to get past the 30 day lemons law mark to make u fully responsible for his deceitful errors and your ignorance. It's been less than 6 months My daughter had her car, and it's been at a mechanic more times than it's actually being driven. We spent over $9000 on a piece of junk, and without me, my daughter would have lost her job. I feel like if Jason (the owner and mechanic ) has no consideration for others and their hard earned money to be more honest and trustworthy, then my review also has no consideration for his business repor. We had no reason to not trust this man, he was very cordial and seemed knowledgeable. So to all you hard workers (like my daughter) please pay a mechanic 50 -100 bucks to take the ride with u to look at a car, trust me I am saving u a constant migraine. Karma is real. My toyota good. The equinox my son bought, junk.. been in the shop, more than driven.needed new engine right away. Electrical problems continuously. Don't buy an equinox! Junk
