I dropped my car off on a Friday stating that the cabin of the car was filling with exhaust. They said that the exhaust smell was coming from a leaking oil seal which required the transmission to be removed to fix. 2 weeks later, I picked my car up on a Friday at closing and paid $3,284. Within 2 minutes driving down the road, my cabin was again filled with the same exhaust smell and the car now also had a slight vibration that wasn’t there before. I dropped the car back off that night after closing. When I called Saturday morning, I was told that they did not have time to look at it that day. On Monday, I stopped on the way home from work. The owner was in the process of looking under the hood of my car. When I approached and started to discuss the issue with my car he became very aggressive in his demeanor and tone of voice. Never once did I ask for a refund on the work that was done (that didn’t fix the problem I brought the car in for) nor did I accuse them making up a problem that didn’t exist. I simply wanted the issue I brought the car in for to be done promptly since I was now on week 3 without a car. The owner made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I started to cry, so I excused myself and left. The owner followed up a half hour later via phone call, speaking very nicely to me, sharing the great news that the parts needed to fix the original problem would run me around $50 and they had discovered the vibration was due to a loose bolt that was now tightened and fixed. We picked the car up Friday and I was informed they charged me ½ the labor bringing this new additional bill to $270 for a total of $3,570. Paying so much when the original issue was under $500 definitely isn’t ideal. However, that is not the reason for my low review. For me, I feel they should have checked that the original problem was fixed before giving it back to me the first time. The biggest issue was how I was treated by the owner. I would not want anyone else to have to experience that I had. The other two workers were very polite and respectful.

We brought my daughter’s 2006 VW Beetle in for an inspection and oil change, and the team did a fantastic job. They discovered that the previous shop had installed the oil filter seal incorrectly and fixed the issue right away. Their pricing was affordable and very comparable to the bigger shops. Overall, great service and honest work — highly recommended!

Skilled technicians in all aspects of car maintenance and repair. Especially good at diagnosing problems (e.g., wear) before they become a problem with vehicle reliability.

Hari and Robert maintained our 2003 Saab 9-3 convertible and 2004 Honda Odyssey for years. They ran well past 100,000 miles and recently sold easily at a fair price. They've also serviced our Toyota and rotated tires for the Tesla too. I recommend Hari's if you need your car serviced/repaired.
