Teddy went above and beyond, no hassle, no BS like these major dealerships. In and out and stress free. Great cars at fair prices. I bought a 2014 Honda CR-V. For my senior citizen parents. My dad and I came up from Virginia so I could buy my first car, and Ted and his son Steve made sure the whole process was smooth and efficient. They sent pictures, answered all our questions, got us the Carfax, and were super patient as we couldn’t come get the car until the following weekend. They were so great, and I would recommend their business to everyone!

Buying a used car can be the most daunting experience - especially for a New Yorker like me who has never bought her own car and is a prime target for being taken for a ride - but not here. Steven, Ted, and the whole team treat you like family. I got the most incredibly maintained 2011 Land Rover LR4 (named her Clarice, which everyone played along with. Like I said, family!). No trouble thus far but if anything were to need to be fixed (or when she needs a tune up and oil change) I know they’ll take great care of me. They don’t see you as just another sale and never want to talk to you again; I’ve never felt like a burden even when asking 100 questions I could probably have Googled. They’re convenient to NYC in New Rochelle no matter if you drive or train. Best decision I have made in a very long time. Could not recommend more!

Ted made my 1st car buying experience 1 I will never forget. He was 100% truthful and was willing to work with me. Very patient, didn’t rush me, and offered a great deal. If your looking for a honest dealer then you must go see Ted. Also the guys at the shop was really nice and willing to answer all questions or concerns. Sonia was really nice too. Thank you for the amazing experience I will definitely send my loved ones here.

This is a long overdue review of US 1, auto sales and services. I have known Ted for almost 30 years, and he has always been there to help. In addition to buying 2 cars from me, 2 examples are as follows; 1) My son purchased an old clunker from US 1 when he went off to college. Ted assured me that the car was in good shape, and sure enough it made it through his college career without any major incidents. Additionally, this was a last-minute type situation, and Ted expedited all the paperwork and insurance in a very timely fashion to make it all work. 2) One evening, my wife’s car broke down in Yonkers in a very dangerous area. I contacted Ted, and he had a tow truck there within 30 minutes, and also took my wife and family home. For that experience, we will always be grateful Ted is always going 100 miles an hour, but if you have a situation where you need immediate help, he will always be there for you. His team is excellent, and Sonia is always there to make sure that priorities get addressed. Responsiveness and relationships are most important. I no longer live in the area, but if I ever needed something, I know it would be taken care of by the US 1 team. Rick Reid
