Audi New Rochelle Service Center

Clean and comfortable waiting area. Obviously u won’t get the best deal in terms of pricing. But if quality and safety are imperative, then an Audi service is a must. I came b/c i got a flat tire from a pothole from the recent snowstorm. I couldn’t get the right tire for my Audi unfortunately at a local Mavis tire center. I was able to get in before the service center closes at 2pm. It is closed on Sun. The price is ~$300 for a single tire. Really expensive. $35 for installation and balancing. Must call first before u show up, in case the part isn’t available (like tires). An appointment is definitely helpful.

Astronomical pricing, not worth it. 400$ for a gas cap that costs 29$ in the after market. You literally just screw in your gas cap, what's the 400$ cost for? Additionally, my turbocharger failed at 50K mile mark and found out that many models have this issue dating back years. There is a US Lawsuit pending - Kimball v Audi - Generation 1 Settlement. They also lock you out of resetting your Inspection light which comes on every year. You need an OBD device or mechanic to clear it. Why would you do this to your consumers? German Engineering is garbage and their business practices towards consumer repairs is a trap. Never again.

Audi used to be great for service but not anymore. First of all, a live person doesn't even answer the phone a the New Rochelle location. You have to navigate through the virtual assistant to be transferred to a person - very frustrating. Then, the person you're transferred to only makes the service appointments and is unable to answer any questions. They can't even tell you if you'll need to leave your car for the service issue, only the service adviser can do that. God help you if you need to speak to an actual service advisor, they seem to be impossible to reach. HOWEVER, the service advisors are the only ones who can authorize a loaner if you need to leave your car which you don't know if you'll need to do because you can never get connected to the person who might be able to answer that question. So, you spend all this money on a lease or to buy a car and then you're caught in this Kafkaesque loop when it comes to service.

Top-quality service team and facility. Audi should be proud. Will only be bringing my car here from now on!

Nothing short of AMAZING with that touch of FAMILY mixed in! Audi New Rochelle's NEW STATE OF THE ART service center is cutting edge starting with the Drive-thru 3D Video inspection machine. I was greeted right at my door with my appointment & list of what I needed already done. The valet took my car & away it went for service. The staff is gracious and wonderful, along with an amazing complementary coffee & snack bar, WIFI, COMFY COUCHES & CABLE TELEVISION! I can't emphasize enough how quick & efficient they were, washing my entire car & vaccumed out the interior. If I can give Audi New Rochelle Service Center 10 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!
