Rob was friendly, efficient, and true to his word. I had my car serviced twice before, and when I brought it to Rob, he provided a clear estimate. After three months I contact him to proceed, he had all my details prepared and ready. On the morning I dropped off my car, Rob arranged a driver to take me back to my drop-off location so I could rent a car for a few days, ensuring I was covered while the work was being done. When the work was finished, my car looked brand new—almost newer than when I first purchased it from Honda. It’s hard to tell that any work had been done, and Rob’s workmanship is meticulous. He even touched up scratches that were not part of his estimate . His staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I asked Rob to install mud guards that were not included in the estimate, and he completed the job without charging extra, even though he had to purchase screws because I had lost the original ones that came with the guards. I would recommend Rob’s Auto to everyone as Rob is definitely the person to get the job done. He also has a used car sales operation across the street, which adds convenience and additional options. Thank you, Rob, for making my car (Daisy) look brand new.

I was sideswiped in a hit and run accident. Rob did a great job getting my car back to looking brand new in less than 48 hours. I couldn’t have asked for a better service and definitely will only be bringing my car to Rob from now on.

I had an accident last month during a bad rain storm and hit a tree with my new Nissan Rogue. I contacted Rob and he immediately dropped everything and came in person to help me out. The car wasn’t drivable and within an hour had my vehicle towed to his shop. He helped me out during my time of distress and helped me contact my insurance carrier in the comfort of his office. A few weeks later my car was fixed and it looks like new. Rob stayed in contact through this whole ordeal and never made me feel forgotten about. I would recommend Robs Auto to anyone in a second.
