Nissan Of New Rochelle Service

I’ve been a customer at this place for several years, but over time I’ve become increasingly disappointed and frustrated with their service. It seems like every visit, even for something simple, turns into a list of “urgent” or “critical” issues along with very high estimates. This has happened repeatedly, and it creates a sense of pressure to agree to services on the spot. After getting second opinions elsewhere, I’ve found that many of these recommendations were either not urgent or significantly overpriced. Because of this pattern, I no longer feel confident or comfortable trusting their assessments. I believe customers should be treated with honesty and transparency, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here. I would strongly encourage others to take their time, ask questions, and get a second opinion before approving any work at this location.

I recently visited to get brakes done. When picking up my vehicle I forgot to present my coupon for complimentary but called less than an hour after to ask if they could honor it. I even offered to show proof that I had the coupon at time of pickup. The customer service rep was very short and not understanding. I find it disappointing they would not inform a customer of these coupons or honor them if circumstances are reasonable. They also recommended significantly more work to be done than another shop that looked at my vehicle shortly before. I do not recommend taking your car for service here as they do not seem to prioritize customer experience or loyalty.
