Visit date 5/5. Discovered a bubble on the side of my tire before heading to work. Needed to replace the tire ASAP. Went to NewRoc Auto Service on the recommendation of a friend. Glad I did. I walked in and met the owner who helped me choose a tire. He was straight up with me and gave me options based on price and tire quality. He also took care of me immediately. I told him I was late for work and he understood my circumstances. I waited less than an hour and my car was done in no time. There's a reason why he's been in business for 25+ years. I was pissed about my tire but happy to have found a place to go for reliable auto service. The rates were more than reasonable. Will be coming here for all auto needs from now on. Hairo and his team are hands down the most honest mechanics I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming since 2020 for everything from inspections to major car repairs. They’ve kept my car healthy. As a woman, these guys have proven trustworthy time and time again and I cannot recommend them enough!

Finally, an honest mechanic! I had recently got my breaks changed at another mechanic but they kept squeaking. I assumed I had worn them down again and came to this shop for another round of new breaks. Much to my surprise, I was told they are working perfectly fine but the other shop did not lube them properly. He could have taken the opportunity to make money and replace my working breaks but he chose to be honest and gained a customer for life. I came back again for an inspection and tire replacement. I got a very fair price and it was done extremely fast!

The employees are very nice and they know what they’re doing, very good service, fast and efficient. I came the first time for some lights that turned on and they were the nearest place to me at this moment, they fixed and never again. After that I decided to make them my official mechanic for everything else, oil change, brake, inspection…. Everything I need they’re my first option.

Today I got my car serviced for the first time- reffered by a friend and they did not disappoint! The work was completed in less than an hour. They went over the prices with me and the the work that was performed , way less than I paid at other shops and also provided. Most importantly, both gentleman Hayro and and Jimmy are both pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely be back soon for other services.I recommend this shop to everyone- the best in town!!!
