New Rochelle Toyota Serivce and Parts

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Despite purchasing 7 vehicles from this location over the past three years for my company, I was made to wait for 3 hours for a simple tire rotation. To add insult to injury, was asking charged $50 to fix a flat tire, which was actually just a case of low air. Needless to say, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to service my car for maintenance today I had an excellent experience with the customer service team at Toyota of New Rochelle’s service department. The team, in my opinion are product l savvy and thorough knowledgeable and detail oriented. Every one was polite and professional. I want to personally acknowledge Walter for providing truly exceptional professional advice from start to finish,

I've been working with the Toyota team for a number of years and had many emergency situations handled pretty quickly especially tire issues and more! I would say they are one of the most charismatic people you'll work with for any diagnostic services in that area. Definitely recommend!

Went in with a flat tire and was told by Dirk Miller they didn’t have a tire without even looking at the car or tire size, then was told they were too busy and to go somewhere else. This was my first impression of this dealership and will never go back. No sense of urgency or trying to help customers in any way.

Left a message on the website and received a call back the same day to schedule my recall solution appointment. Customer service lady on the phone was pleasant over the phone. I was contacted the day before to remind/confirm my appointment. When I arrived to my appointment someone was ready to receive and inspected my car. As soon as walk in the the service area I was welcomed by Walter and he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Walter let me know that if I wanted to wait it would take about 1 1/2 hour and invited me to wait at the waiting area. The waiting area had plenty of seating available, a tv for entertainment, area was clean, had complementary coffee and water as well as a snacks/drinks machine with a variety of items to purchase. Restroom was also clean and well maintained. Wait time was exactly 1 1/2 hour and Walter provided a list of things they noticed can be improved. Thanks Walter for being so helpful and pleasant.
