Mercedes-Benz of New Rochelle Service Department

Came to do wheel alignment because my steering wheel was uneven. Straightening the steering wheel is part of wheel alignment service anywhere in the world but I guess not this place. I mentioned to the service advisor Jorge when I came in that my main concern is the uneven steering wheel. After 3 hours wait as I’m driving off I notice the steering wheel hasn’t even been touched, it was exactly how I came in. I came back right away and they got this guy called Tom Burns to test drive out on the road with me to see what I meant. He straight up tried to tell me the wheel was straight and kept denying anything was wrong with it. Basically trying to say I’m lying and spoke to me as if he thought I know nothing about cars. When I literally showed it to him he tells me this is normal and that’s how they come stock which is obviously ridiculous. Then he says if they made the steering straight my car would drift left, well dude isn’t the point of doing wheel alignment so the wheels and the steering are straight? He eventually agreed to get alignment redone. Another 3 hours wait totalling over 6 hours of my time spent at this place. During my wait the service advisor Jorge didn’t even bother checking up on me or keep me updated. He couldn’t even tell me if the issue was fixed or not and just gave me my keys, no apologises for wasting my time. After alignment done the second time it was still the same. I’ll have to take it to another dealer who will actually do what they are supposed to. I can only blame myself for choosing this unprofessional place. Bad service from service advisor Jorge to the mechanic to Tom flipin Burns. I will never return here and will advise anyone I know to avoid this place.

Wonderful experience buying my new Mercedes. Nicolas made sure all my questions were answered. He also ensured that I got the best deal and found the car with everything I wanted in it. Go see him for all your Mercedes needs. Will be back to see Nicolas and this dealership for all my future needs.

I must say , my experience at Mercedes Benz Of New Rochelle was awesome !! The Personality of the representative Edwin Garcia was remarkable.He was attentive ,informative and very patient. After utilizing Mercedes Benz of White Plains service for so long and then having to switch due to several unpleasant interactions.(due to new staff I presume)I’m extremely thankful that I found a new home for my vehicle service needs.

In and out, fast service. The team will work to get you the best price available, that being said, Akhtar Ahmed was my service advisor, thought he wasn't trying to help at first but realized at the end it was the complete opposite. I apologize for being so angry during the process. Akhtar Ahmed is highly recommended, he will work with you and keep you up-to-date throughout the service.
