Went in for an oil change. Sent a video showing that my air&cabin filters need replacement (in the video, the cabin filter had 3 dried leaves). They were charging $220 for the two filter replacements. I declined and ordered the parts myself for $25 and replacement took under 5 minutes with no tools necessary. What was particularly disappointing is that when I took out the cabin filter, the 3 leaves were still there. So the tech took it out, saw the leaves, and put them back in. I know that they’re not required to clean it, but a little humanity goes a long way. So I’m not returning to this service center with either of my 2 cars. Additionally, online booking gives a price of $99.99 for the oil change, and every single time I’ve come in, they give $109.99 and when asked “o it must be the coupon. I’ll apply it for you no problem”. Scummy behavior. I don’t need to catch it and notify you to charge the price you show online. Not returning.

Had my Mazda serviced for warranty related issues. 3 issues. -Delayed pick up . Nothing but random excuses to push it to the next day -Missing items in car. They claimed it wasn’t them. -Disconnected my dash cam. Don’t understand why. What were you doing? Hate bringing my cars to dealers for service. If it’s not warranty related, will never find me here at this scam of a place.

View on GoogleFirst I like to say that I love my cx50 premium but that`s all about it. The service center not good at all, for them to diagnose a car, like mine with lighting icon in dash board and showing that the rear radar is partially disable was so stressful before I went I have made an appointment when I get to the shop consultant Liam told me that I have to live the car for at least 24 to 48 hours just for diagnostic. I said wow, that long I said I needed the car sooner than that since my car is used as handicap vehicle. I'm here for diagnosis not repair anyway Finally Liam agreed to have a technician take a look at it so my husband and I waited for 2 in half hours with no update within that period but I have to live ( took a car service ) since my husband is a cancer patient we left around 11:45am then around 4pm I called spoke to Liam regarding my car status, he told me that they are still working on it and I told him to let me know before the days end if my car has to stay longer so I can arrange a transportation or rent a car. Unfortunately, Liam never call or anyone from a service department. The next day Liam called and said that if I want to have it diagnose the issue they have to remove the bumper so I ask is that what you told me yesterday that if ever they will need to remove the bumper so my car sits in the shop allday for no reason now your telling me that you needed to remove the bumber. He should have communicated to the technician then update me with the issue instead of me asking for updates. Now, I realize why other costumer are so frustrated like me when it comes to service. It`s really a very long wait, waste of time , money (for car rentals ) and effort. Also it will be really nice to have a little courtesy like give you update in real time status so costumer like me won't be left hanging in the air I felt that I have to beg for information. Courtesy goes a long way. Is costumer service after all!
