I was handled with care and dealt with professionalism at laser frame and body repair compared to a lot of other body shops I’ve been to in the past. One of the agents specifically who handled my case, Amir was a more than an outstanding help as well as reassuring me with his knowledge of the job at hand, making me feel comfortable in handling my body repair and electrical issues for my Lexus. Amir kept me updated and answered all questions with ease, and the work on the Vehicle was done of the upmost expertise, I basically have a brand new car as if I first bought it again and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Amir took pictures and kept track of the whole process and I see the clear difference in the work here at laser frame and body versus other body shops when I’ve had to have my car repaired for I’ve had this car for six years so it’s not my first or second time dealing with a body shop. I went to this place a few weeks ago to repair the right side of my car. They had my car looking even better than the day I bought it when they were done with it. I really appreciated how they went the extra mile as far as helping me get into a rental, helping me deal with insurance and answering any questions along the way.
