Mr. Raysor and his team were extremely professional. They made the entire process flawless. All I did was informed him what I was looking for, the color and provide him with a few basic information and he did the rest. I was called to say my vehicle was ready, I signed and drove off. Easy as that. Exceptional job James. Thank you.

The assistant GM is pretty incredible and it feels unfortunate that he works there.. beyond that this was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with during my significant time on this planet.. I'm a car guy and I'm constantly doing something and this was so wildly awful and egregious. Avoid this place at all cost

Really impressed with Mike (sales manager) Tony Giovati and Jillian at the new Rochelle location. I purchased my last RR from this location in 2016 and was happy to give them my business again. There are times when sales people go above and beyond to make your experience stand out and this was one of them. I would buy from this crew again in the future in a heartbeat.

Average performance with the New Rochelle Dealership and i am a 24 yr LR owner/ customer. The salesman is either overwhelmed or lacks experience….he was very nice but did not follow thru with email for the remote app information and i have the car a week already. I sat in my car figuring it out and call the 800 number for assist in order for it to work. I texted him twice and nothing. The day i purchased the car had to leave without it because the car needed 4 updates, that apparently took hours? As for the finance officer he did his best to make the purchase happen.

I've been a Range Rover customer for many years, and this is the first time I've visited the Westchester store. I received such excellent service from Omar Taveras that I've decided not to return to my previous store. Incredible attention, service, and willingness to help—amazing and very satisfying.
