This place is by far the most amazing place and I would bring my car here again hands-down! I live over an hour away and am a super picky person when it comes to my car. I notice every little detail and the smallest defect. John accommodated me in every way. John is the most amazing person. He went above and beyond and helped me so much! He put me at ease and also threw in tint when I was asking about it. The tint came out amazing! I’ve never been happier and wanted to do it for a long time. He matched the tint on my other windows. Which is what I wanted (last pic). My car looked like I bought it right out of the showroom when I picked it up! I’ve never seen a paint job look this great! It looks like factory paint! I’ve always been told it’s super hard to match my color and that’s why I’ve never gotten my car repainted, but he matched it perfectly like it was easy.

John and his team at JMZ collision perform genuine, honest, and amazing work. My car was rear ended and I was worried. I spoke to John on the phone and I knew right away my baby was in good hands. He was even interested in seeing the dashcam footage!!John and his team were very professional and provided updates whenever I called and they communicated to both the car insurance and car rental service to make sure everything moved along smoothly. In regards to repairs, only OEM parts were used. My car was fully PPF’d and any damaged films were replaced beautifully. Even though my front windshield protection film was not involved in the accident, John went above and beyond and replaced the film. He even took care of some broken front bumper tabs and a surface rust spot on the underside of the trunk as well. All I can say is that I trust John if I need anything done to my car. I picked up my car today from the dealer and my car was detailed inside and out. I was speechless at the quality of work. John, JMZ Collision, thank you.

After my BMW 428i was hit by a snow plow, the door and window were badly damaged. I visited four different body shops before this one and didn’t know where to go. John and his team were super approachable and incredibly nice and went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process - from working with insurance company to making sure car was restored to excellent condition . When I finally got my car back, it looked flawless—like nothing had ever happened. The quality of the repair was exceptional. The paint job and the fitment of new body parts was factory - perfect .

I recently had my vehicle repaired at JMZ Collision & Repairs in New Rochelle after an accident and the experience was flawless. They exceeded every single expectation I had. When I picked up my car it looked exactly as it did the day I bought it with zero miles. The craftsmanship is truly factory quality. The ownerJohn, provides the best customer service I have ever received in any other body shop. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. At one point when there was a complication with my rental coverage, John was immediately ready to step in and ensure I was taken care of personally. It is rare to find a shop with this much integrity and dedication to their customers. If you want dealership level quality and a stress free experience, this is the only place to go.

I was hit by a ZipCar 7 months ago. It was the most painful process I’ve ever dealt with to get the claim done with ZipCar. I brought our Lexus to JMZ (just googled them - had not been before). Jonathan & Andrew took the reins and hounded ZipCar’s claim dept until everything got sorted. They helped me get a rental and in a couple of weeks had the car back to looking brand new. There was even one light still on the dash the next day, and they drove to my house to calibrate it with the computer so I wouldn’t have to bring it back there. I am very happy and relieved with the service they provided. Highly recommend - esp if you have a Lexus!
