I've know these guys for over 20 years and they have never failed me or steered me wrong. They are very good at what they do and I've had zero issues with their work. They have knowledgeable, competent and thorough personnel who takes good care of their customers. I salute you Derrick Auto and crew. Keep up the good work.

They welded my ball joints on. You're not supposed to weld it. The snap ring and cotter pin was missing on both sides. The welds broke because they didn't even weld it nicely so I had to get them replaced AGAIN. The reason I'm mad is because of how much better the car drives after changing the ball joints AGAIN. They did an absolutely horrible job on my ball joints. Very disappointed. Will not be going again.

Mr. Derrick and his crew were great! As I spoke to them about my car issues I could tell that they were very knowledgeable mechanics and explained the problems and salutations to the problem. The timing chain and gaskets had to be changed and it was done in a timely manner! I recommend this shop to everyone who has car issues.

I happened to break down a Block away and waited for them to open. It was the best decision I made. They're very knowledgeable and will not only fix the problem, but also warn you of impending issues that require immediate action or could be a serious issue later on. I highly recommend this shop for any mechanical issues with your car.
