Got 4 new tires installed, tire tech told me RF tpms was low battery, which he didn't know I just replaced them one week ago. I checked the sensor which became a old sensor not what I just got installed week ago. I didn't know he broke my new sensor or something fishy. And I also checked all other three sensors with torque ranch they are all under under torqued. The supervisor did replace the one tpms for me which torque was right. If you do want to go there for service be very careful. Check their work. Not every tech are professional!

Average wait time is one hour and half. There is no motivation to change it. The bays are idle as the worker check his phone. This is tire rotation and balance. Routine work with a fixed amount of time to complete. Your work order sits on the front desk until it is seen. Hardly a place to get upset as they will stratch your car or rims. We need management eyes to improve here. Obnoxious. Or lack of training. White car with appointment been on lift for one hour already. Asked for a manager took ten minutes to get on the phone. Sad. Update: Tire rotated after manager's intervention. Result: Trire pressure not checked. Lead for balance not removed on all four tires. So in effect I wasted my time.

When I purchased my tires on Sunday I was told that they would arrive at the shop on Wednesday or Friday. On Friday I was told they wouldn't arrive until the following Wednesday and that I could only schedule an appointment when the tires arrived. Had to wait until the following Monday for an appointment. I arrived on time, but they were running late. Not the way to do business.

Although they do the right job, they don't honor appointments. I have to wait up to 2+ hours because they don't take my car for an hour plus. This is every time I go. Why can't they manage their schedule? I was told 2 years in a row they have staffing issues. Schedule correctly and CALL the customers if you're running late please!! I have a job and can't afford 1/2 day off to rotate tires.

Had my TPMS sensors replaced here. Appointment scheduling and check-in processes were straightforward. However, the wait took up half the day. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to get an update on the car, and another hour for the work to be done. This was more than double the time I expected to wait. However, it was tolerable for two reasons - (1) the team seemed to do a thorough job and ran the necessary tests in the end to ensure the job was done properly and (2) the price was about 20% cheaper than my local shop. Customer service was good, but clearly they were busy. Team was professional and juggled their workload as best as they could.
