From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine care and kindness. Sarah, her dad, and the mechanic Ramon went above and beyond to help me immediately. They were professional, compassionate, and truly concerned about my safety and getting me home without delay. Ramon worked quickly and efficiently, Sarah was incredibly supportive, and her dad made sure everything was handled with honesty and care. Because of them, I was able to get back home safely the same day. It’s rare to find an auto shop that treats you like family instead of just another customer. Second time coming here and very grateful I have a consistent shop to come to. Went for a catalytic converter extension and then needed my VSC system checked alongside my AC. I have a 98 Ls400 so I’m not too surprised when other issues pop up, but they called me and updated me, explained the parts and the issues each time. Never felt scammed or left out of the loop, and they’re so nice! Love these guys

I had an amazing experience with C&C Automotive Repair Services Inc. My serpentine belt and pulley broke last Friday evening, and I called AAA for a tow and a shop recommendation. They suggested C&C, and I’m very glad they did. My car was towed there that same night. By Saturday morning I already had an estimate, and by Monday afternoon I got the call that my car was ready for pickup — super fast turnaround. Sara was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. She kept me updated every step of the way and made a stressful situation so much easier with her professionalism and communication. The repair was done quickly and the service was honest and smooth from start to finish. I’m extremely happy and they’ve definitely earned a new loyal customer. Highly recommend!

I had never been there before. It is a cute little space. I had new tires put on snd my husband had some general repair and maintenance work done. Sarah is running the whole show. Confident and personable. Happy with the work. The price was what we expected. I would trust my car to them again.
