Auto Repair Service

I live down the road from Pegasus and stopped in last Saturday morning to see if they could help me with replacing my license plates. When I arrived on the lot I was immediately greeted by one of the mechanics, he was a very polite light complexioned mechanic with an accent (I'm so sorry I didn't catch his name but youI'll know exactly who I'm referring to when you arrive on the lot because he's truly a one of a kind customer service specialist). I was prepared to wait as they had cars on the lot ahead of me, however the gentleman stated he would replace the plates right here and now, he also noticed that my front license plate bracket wasn't screwed on at the bottom from the dealer who installed them last year and he offered to do so while he screwed on the new tags. I truly appreciated him bringing this to my attention eventhough he was only asked to install my new plates. When he was done I asked how much for the plates, he stated whatever I thought was fair, I gave him $40 bucks and said thank you very much for the service, he was very humbled and appreciative of the payment. I haven't encountered this level of customer service in the auto industry since I left my Google review for Meineke in New Rochelle a few months back. I have noticed a severe lapse in customer service as a whole since COVID-19 emerged back in February, its understandable people are hesitant because of the sporadic nature of this disease thus service centers while enforcing the necessary social distancing and safe practices have also detached themselves from the basic customer service skills I'm afraid, it was so very refreshing and relieving to have had this pleasant experience at Pegasus with this superstar mechanic, his professionalism, attention to overall detail, and courtesy is unparalleled by any other mechanic I've encountered I must say. I will be coming back for routine services in the future ..... and this time I will be sure to get this gentleman's name.

Had to get an oxygen sensor replaced and Chris was great. He got the job done quick and didn’t try to overprice me. Honest and reliable I found my new mechanic.

Had my car serviced there. The staff is very friendly and did excellent job on my car for a reasonable price.

Thieves. Stay away and do not to leave your vehicle there overnight. It will be broken into with no help from the business, most likely because they are responsible.
