Johnstons Subaru Service

I think the service team at Johnstons Subaru is exceptional ! Each staff member is really informative and helpful especially my service advisor, Zach. I was informed of the progress with my car each step of the way via text and phonecall, and he didn't try to sell me on anything extra. He actually gave me options. I got a NY State Inspection done and it was done on a timely manner. Due to the snow, my service couldn't get done in the same day, but the team lent me a loaner car free of charge while they finish the job. That was really nice! I don't go to any other garage except the dealer where I bought my car from. There's a reason I keep going back here for any issues with my car, and for my state inspection. There is no else I trust than Johnstons and its staff. I would highly recommend them if you want to be well taken care of, be well informed, and helped with any issues.

Their service people are very good. Good communication via text or call. Warranty work covered without issue. They never try to upsell or hard sell you on anything like some other dealers. Also easy to get a loaner if needed. I don't love taking the car in for service but Johnstons does make the process easy.

I had my oil changed and multipoint check up and a NY Inspection. Great service and attention to detail. No inflated cost or charges. Friendly service managers and was very happy using Johnston Subaru. They are my service center!

We took our 2026 Subaru Outback wilderness in for its first service. I was able to schedule, and get an early appointment in a couple of days. The whole process was extremely easy. Most done via txt message. Went to the dealership 8:30 am, the whole process took about an hour or so. They were all extremely efficient and got the job done right away. Thanks Don

Had a great experience with Bridget as my service advisor for repair of my Subaru Forester. She kept me informed of my cars repair progress regularly and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Don also was wonderful in making sure I had a loaner vehicle even though when I booked the appointment I forgot to request a loaner. I had an overall great experience and both should be considered a great asset to your service department!
