Our salesman, DJ, did everything possibly to make sure we were happy with our purchase. The car was detailed and shining on pickup day. Very happy with the overall experienced.

Ray was wonderful. Made the process go so smoothly. I didnt know what I wanted. He went through the different options, explaining what each model had. I didn't even test drive the car. I went with what he suggested and I absolutely love my car!!! Ray is the best!!!! Will definitely come back!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Friendly Middletown, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Rey and Joshua for his outstanding customer service. They was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. He made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process and worked hard to accommodate my needs. If you're looking for a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Friendly Middletown. Thank you again for making my car-buying experience such a pleasant one!

It’s all about the service! We were on our way to the Poconos, when our Honda CR-V (a work horse and show horse), after 260,000 miles, experienced some challenges. We found our way to Friendly Acura in Middletown, NY, which was able to obtain the Honda parts, complete our repair, and have us on our way, for our Valentine’s Day destination. Everyone performed as a team and introduced us to some wonderful vehicles to consider for the future, while they brought our CR-V back to its former glory. It was a tale of two Phils, the Magnificent Phil from Service, through Elliot and the Seamless Team in Sales, and on to the Fantastic Phil, the Friendly Acura dealership’s Fearless Leader. Bravo!

Phil Giorgio and the rest of the team at Middletown Acura really made a great impression on me and my husband. Finding a dealership where the staff is both professional and friendly can turn a stressful process into a great experience. I will definitely recommend them.
