It’s all about the service! We were on our way to the Poconos, when our Honda CR-V (a work horse and show horse), after 260,000 miles, experienced some challenges. We found our way to Friendly Acura in Middletown, NY, which was able to obtain the Honda parts, complete our repair, and have us on our way, for our Valentine’s Day destination. Everyone performed as a team and introduced us to some wonderful vehicles to consider for the future, while they brought our CR-V back to its former glory. It was a tale of two Phils, the Magnificent Phil from Service, through Elliot and the Seamless Team in Sales, and on to the Fantastic Phil, the Friendly Acura dealership’s Fearless Leader. Bravo!
