I had a great experience at the Jeep dealership service center in Westbury, and I want to recognize Stacy for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. She clearly explained the service process, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, and made sure all my questions were answered. Stacy made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her communication and follow-up were excellent, and it’s clear she truly cares about her customers. Because of her, I feel confident bringing my Jeep back for future service. Waited for almost 40 minutes before a service advisor was able to see me. That needs to improve drastically. We're working too and time is critical when we just want to drop the car off and get to work. On the other hand, Mike, was really nice and personable which helped lessen the blow of my wait time. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and recall completed, all covered from my lease warranty which was a nice bonus. First time walking out of the dealer without any money coming out of my pocket!
