Waited for almost 40 minutes before a service advisor was able to see me. That needs to improve drastically. We're working too and time is critical when we just want to drop the car off and get to work. On the other hand, Mike, was really nice and personable which helped lessen the blow of my wait time. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and recall completed, all covered from my lease warranty which was a nice bonus. First time walking out of the dealer without any money coming out of my pocket!
