The owner of this towing company rob griffith is a disrespectful owner... He dont care how he hurts people lives and etc .. He hurt someone I know .. Never trust this company and there employees of this company..... I give this towing a negative -1 as a score for all there business company

By Far Best Autobody Shop. From time I dropped my car off, I was always kept informed. Rob the owner made my awful experience of my accident, make me feel from the second I contacted him that I was in great hands, not to worry about anything. I felt safe leaving my car there immediately. Sophia the receptionist was also very Nice and kept me up to date on my repairs. My car looks phenomenal, brand new again, clean and shiny and the body work 10++++++. Jimmy did an amAzing job and took his time explaining all details when I picked up my car. Highly highly recommend.

I have had this page open on my browser for some time, intending to leave an honest review of my experience. Unfortunately, my interaction with this repair shop was extremely disappointing. I brought my vehicle in for repairs to the front bumper and two side doors following a hit-and-run incident. During our initial discussions, the staff agreed to complete the repairs and also apply a wrap, stating that the full insurance payout would cover all services. However, when I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup, I discovered that the wrap had not been completed. The staff then claimed we had never discussed the wrap and spoke to me in a condescending manner, suggesting that the more than $11,000 they received was insufficient for the work—despite our prior agreement. To make matters worse, one of the male employees used a racial slur (N word) while speaking to me, addressing me in an extremely inappropriate and disrespectful manner. As a Black man who does not use that word, I found this conduct profoundly offensive. Additionally, the female employee at the front desk displayed a consistently unprofessional attitude. Although this incident occurred two years ago, I remain deeply dissatisfied with the service, conduct, and overall lack of professionalism displayed by this establishment.

Rob and Pete were very friendly, and treated me like family. Not only was all my accident damage totally eliminated, but they even did a little extra where somebody dinged me with their door in a parking lot. I have come here before, and it is definitely my go to Auto Body shop! 100% satisfied! Thank you, Rob!

Vintage always does a fantastic job on my vehicles. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else. Staff takes care of you, and I can safely say I drop my vehicles off without a worry in the world because I know they’re going to do the right thing!
