RCT Tires & Alignment

Unfortunately, giving zero stars is not a possibility on this app. Let me give you the simple backstory, I brought a customer car to get an alignment done when I pick up the car he 1 told me that the car drove straight, which I found out very quickly It doesn’t I drive it back to my shop and it pulls to the left 2 upon pick up he he told me that the rear eccentric bolts were seized, and he got it as good as he could. He told me that the alignment specs were not in the green, but it was OK 3 , he did not calibrate the steering angle sensor, and there was still a bunch of lights on a dash from a business owner perspective disgust me because this guy charges $250 for alignment, which is the most I’ve ever paid for an alignment. I thought that giving that kind of price I would get top notch service that’s completely false. The guy who runs this shop is a crook. He could’ve easily put the car on the lift. Did a simple five minute inspection on all of the bolts that he had to touch and could’ve contacted me and said hey I recommend you change these bolts before I try to do the alignment because they look very rusty but no, he rather just sit there and steal my money. I would highly recommend you guys go elsewhere because this guy is a rip off and does not run a honest business

I came here to get new wheels & tires put on my VW GTI as well as an alignment. As soon as I pulled up, they put my car up on the rack. They had my car done in less than an hour. They did a spot on alignment and now my car rides very smooth and super straight. I'm extremely pleased with my overall experience here. I will definitely come to these guys for anything else I need from now on!

Got recommended by countless people to go get my brand new wheels mounted at rct. Unfortunately they managed to damage all 4 brand new wheels and don’t want to accept responsibility for mounting damage. I have proof that the wheels were perfect before install and now of multiple circular scratches. Avoid this shop if you don’t want you brand new wheels ruined. Even the entire outer edge is damaged hack job.

Had a vibration issue at 70+ on my brand new tirerack package (18" with Michelin Pilot Sport AS 4) that was supposedly road force balanced... Just took it to RCT Performance to get it redone, and was super surprised to learn that all 4 wheels needed to be adjusted and weights added. The balancing was way off. My vibrations completely disappeared and now I literally can't tell if I'm going 60 or 90 MPH... You don't realize how significantly off something like this is until you feel perfection. Highly recommend anyone in NYC that needs a to have their Tesla aligned or balanced etc. to visit RCT Performance in Westbury Li. Guys were very professional, and knew exactly how to work on teslas. They treated my car like gold. They used Jack pads for the lift, adjusted proper tire pressure, used a torque wrench on my lugs
