Brought my car here back in July to get the front bumper fixed on the right side. I told them that I would be going on vacation and I will be coming back in a week. So i left my car with them. The owner promised that the car would get fixed by the time I was back. While I was away…not once did someone reach out with any updates and by the time I got back, I was given the run around that I would get a call back and it took forever for someone to contact me. I had my in laws call for me and they were told that “they were waiting on a part”, but then I found out that the owner had closed the shop…so I kept getting different stories. A week had passed by and no notice on my car….long story short, they had my car sitting there for two weeks and no one fixed my car after being promised that it would be ready within a week. I had to call and be on them for them to even START fixing my car then when it was time to get my car…you can tell that my car was rushed…they didn’t even do a good job at completely washing my car…there was residue all over my car…plus things like my breaker light, air filter box, and other mechanical parts near my engine were LOOSE! They did a sloppy rushed job…I had to go back to get my blinker light tightened and when I confronted the owner about my car being rushed and how I’d appreciate some honesty…he said “no ma’am it wasn’t rushed”. Which was a lie…so this place wasn’t kind to me or my car. They neglected my car because they knew I was going away and I paid 1,900 cash for this…that’s not cheap…If anything, I paid way more than I should have and I don’t appreciate the lack of customer service and the rushed, sloppy job done on my car. Now there are things that would need to get redone all because they RUSHED fixing my car and thought I wouldn’t notice. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to leave this review due to being referred to this place, but now this was long over due. Terrible service. UPDATE FOR THE OWNER’S RESPONSE: I see that google doesn’t let you reply to owner’s responses to your review so Im writing this here to add clarity. The owner claims that there was no recollection of my car being serviced there around that time and that I may have gotten his shop confused with another. Let’s make this very clear, This is not the wrong business. My vehicle was serviced here prior to the time the owner mentioned having a death in his family. I remember that conversation clearly. I also requested a receipt at the time but never received one. I recognize the individual who worked on my car, who appears in the photos associated with this business. To now claim there is “no recollection” of my visit is concerning. The guy in the photo is who worked on my car. I believe he’s also the owner… I have no reason to confuse this shop with another. This review reflects my actual experience and is 100% factual and valid. If you see his response to my original review, you will understand this post.

I had both my front and rear bumpers, along with some additional body work, repaired at this shop and I’m very pleased with the outcome! The staff was friendly and kept me updated throughout the repair process.
