Great experience at Kery Auto Shop. Adrian was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he made sure I understood everything about the repair process. The two receptionists were also welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. My car was actually ready 3 days earlier than the estimated date, which really impressed me. The work came out great and I’m very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with this body shop and wanted to share my story. After a stressful car accident and dealing with insurance, I finally dropped off my Tesla for repair. My mind was all over the place, and after I left the shop I realized… I completely forgot to bring my Tesla key. 😭 I almost cried because it felt like one more problem added to everything I was already dealing with. But the owner was incredibly kind and understanding. He happened to live near my area and personally came to my house to pick up the key. That small act of kindness meant so much to me during a very stressful time. Great customer service is not only about fixing cars — it’s about how you treat people when they need help. I truly appreciate his kindness and going above and beyond for a customer. I’m thankful I chose this place and I feel my Tesla is in good hands. From the moment I arrived to completion, the team at Keri was communicative, informative and friendly. They took the time to outline and explain the entire repair process. They went above and beyond to address some other minor issues that i needed addressed (unrelated to the initial accident claim) saving me another trip to a mechanic. Can’t say enough good things about this team. Keep it up!

My car was struck by another vehicle right before Thanksgiving and was sent here by GEICO for repairs. Ryan and his team provided professional and courteous communication throughout. This is the first time I have been to a bodyshop with level of professionalism. I see why they have a stellar rating.

Keri's was incredibly friendly and efficient. I took my X4 M Comp to them for a paint job on my door on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon, it was ready for pickup! How’s that for efficient! Ryan assured me several times that everything was ready and if anything went wrong, it would be on him. They made me feel comfortable with the warranty, and the work was amazing! To blend the door properly, they painted both doors and the quarter panel. The workers checked in with me to ensure I was 100% happy with their work. Thank you! What a great team you have.
