Castle Collision Center - Westbury

My experience with Castle Collision was outstanding from start to finish. I brought my 2013 Honda Accord in for a small fender bender that damaged my right rear quarter and rear bumper replacement was necessary. From the moment I called, the staff specifically Steve and Kara were professional and compassionate. They provided a clear, detailed estimate and kept me informed at every stage of the process, including when they ordered parts and when the vehicle entered the paint booth. The transparency was greatly appreciated. The final result exceeded my expectations. The paint match on my car is absolutely flawless, blending seamlessly with the original finish. The body panels are perfectly aligned, and the interior was returned spotlessly clean. They truly restored my car to its pre-accident condition, if not better. Timeliness and Value: The repair was completed earlier than expected, which minimized the inconvenience of being without my vehicle. While quality work commands a price, I felt the final cost was fair and represented excellent value for the superior level of craftsmanship and service provided. Update: 11/23/25 Picked up the BMW X3M from Castle Collision in Westbury the Tinted the windows, did paint correction and ceramic coated the whole car and it came out amazing just wanted to give a shoutout the crew over there for the amazing job they did especially Steve and Ariel the owners and their very talented detailer Vinny who did a phenomenal job and also the wonderful Kara for introducing me to this great group of guys there. Definitely the place to go for you car whether it be for body/collision repairs or getting a top notch detail like I did. Thanks guys.

Highly recommend. Very friendly staff, from the pictures you can see my car was very damaged and when I got it back it was like nothing had happened, also made sure all the lights were functioning, etc. Additionally, Mike is very professional and friendly, he kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle when it was in the shop. At no point was I pressured to make any decision. To top it off, the whole process took fairly fast. Maybe I was lucky but everything took about a week to replace and fix.

Castle Collision is by far the best collision shop I’ve ever used. Every person I dealt with there was nicer than the next. It truly is the opposite of what you’d expect dealing with getting your car repaired. Steve, the owner, went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t be happier. Honestly, will never go anywhere else for my car.

Steve and his crew are the best around. Your car will come out better than brand new and you’re treated like family. You will not be disappointed!
