Renzo Auto Collision and Repair

I brought my Personal bmw m3 here to get minor work done. Front end respray and touch ups. I paid everything out of pocket and didn't go through insurance. I told them what i wanted and they quoted me an expensive price for minor work. waited and waited for car to be done, called owner around 8pm for an update and was told why are you contacting me at 8pm when I shouldn't even answer and got no help. Picked car up, looked good, and paid. 1 month later I notice paint cracking on the fenders and bumper. I take the bumper off cause i also notice coat hanger dangling from my bumper. I took bumper off and yes they used a old coat hanger to hold my bumper, could of easily flown off and been destroyed. Mind you the correct bracket they could've used is $25 and they charged me $3,000 for this. This Body Shop does terrible work and screws hard working people and only want your Insurance money for shitty Jobs. Trust me People i made the dumb mistake coming here. I would never recommend this place to anyone. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. I trusted these people and gave them the money they wanted and they scammed me. Terrible Business and Terrible body shop. After confronting the Owner my number was blocked instantly.

I don’t ever want to go to Renzo again. Because if I do, it means I got into an accident but I know they will do another phenomenal job. From the front desk team, mechanics, manager and owner we felt nothing but being assured our car will be taken care of. They were professional, and the car looked amazing like it was brand new again. I reviewed tons of other shops and this place scored the best. After getting my car back, I can see why. like I said I don’t ever wanna come here again, but if I have to, I know I will be in great hands. Thank you so much!!!

My car (2021 Lexus Rx 350) was hit on the right side, as shown in the photos. I always read reviews carefully before making any decisions, and after seeing the great feedback about Renzo's Body Shop, I knew it was the right place to get my car repaired. They did an outstanding job, not only with the paint and overall repair but also with their amazing customer service. Natalie, the receptionist, guided me through the entire process and answered all my questions without hesitation. The owner was incredibly informative, explaining every detail of the repair process. Most importantly, the shop has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel confident about returning for future business. My boyfriend, who is very knowledgeable about cars, was also impressed by the quality of their work and service. My car looks brand new, and I highly recommend this body shop! *My car looked even better on the day I picked it up, but I forgot to take pictures

Overall, I’m happy with the quality of the shop, they painted & blended the hood of the car to match almost perfectly. Vehicle took a little over a month to finish (not on them, many parts are on back order. I have OCD so I notice everything. unfortunately when I picked it up the window panel in the driver side was heavily scratched :(. Also the bottom part of the front bumper had a scuff. Neither of these parts had any defects before I dropped it off. Car had 789 miles at the time of drop off. I should’ve done a more thorough check upon pick up, I was just too excited to finally have it back after more than a month of waiting. The hood had a very small spot with no paint on it and I pointed it out to Richie. He proceeded to add some touch up paint which was better than before, however this should’ve never been the case since the hood was just painted over). Edit: just found the cover part underneath the vehicle was not secured properly, you can actually see it on one of the pictures I’ve posted previously. Overall I’m happy with the work done here, I might be nitpicking since those scratches bother me (most people wouldn’t notice or care). This is why I’m giving them 4 stars, like I said previously I’m happy with the overall work and customer service was top not

My experience with Mitsubishi outlander PHEV 2023 Renzo was very poor; after waiting two months for my car to be repaired, the work was not of high quality. I also had to take the car back for another inspection because there was still a problem with the muffler, and the paint job was very bad.
